Oh,
Hey!
Meet your INSTRUCTORI’m Morgan Del Grosso, an English teacher focused on helping students become confident readers, thoughtful writers, and intentional thinkers.
After years in the classroom, I noticed that students often follow directions successfully while still feeling unsure about why they are doing the work or what strong learning actually looks like. Parents, too, often want clearer insight into expectations, texts, and outcomes.
This space was created to provide transparency and structure. It reflects how I design instruction: with clear purpose, consistent expectations, and an emphasis on growth over time.
🧠 Curriculum-focused
🎨 Standards-aligned
💐 Growth-oriented
Teaching with intentionLearning is a process, and clarity takes time to develop.
Students often know they are capable, but may feel unsure about expectations, purpose, or how individual assignments fit into the larger picture. Families want transparency, consistency, and a clear understanding of how learning unfolds over time.
My approach to teaching is built around structure, feedback, and gradual growth. Instruction is designed to help students understand not just what they are doing, but why it matters.
The goal is steady progress—developing strong reading, writing, and thinking skills that extend beyond a single course.
Learning is most powerful when purpose and practice align.

03
Ongoing Feedback
