2: Progress Check — What’s one concrete task you completed for your EE in the last week?
3: Next Step — What’s the very next thing you need to do for your EE, and when will you do it?
4: Support Needed — What’s one area where you feel stuck or could use guidance (research, structure, citations, analysis, etc.)?
5: Confidence Rating — On a scale from 1–5, how confident are you that you’ll meet your next EE deadline—and why did you give yourself that score?
Non-IB Students:
1: Current Focus — What’s the biggest project or assignment you’re working on right now?
2: Recent Win — What’s one thing you’ve accomplished this week that you feel good about?
3: Next Step — What’s the next academic or personal task you need to tackle, and when will you do it?
4: Support Needed — What’s one challenge you’re facing right now that a teacher, counselor, or classmate could help with?
5: Confidence Rating — On a scale from 1–5, how prepared do you feel for your next big deadline or milestone—and why?
